Regular training with me
A new pre-recorded lesson is uploaded to the chat every week. You can work with it at any convenient time during the week.
New lessons in every cycle
Each cycle covers new topics: technique, foundations, routines, improvisation, acrobatics and choreography, with 5 lessons on different themes.
Homework with feedback
You practise, complete assignments, send videos and receive my comments, corrections and recommendations for growth.
A 6-week training programme
Over six weeks, you complete 5 new lessons, submit homework and receive feedback on your work.
Plus plan with Inspiration Hub
With the Plus plan, you get lessons from previous cycles and additional Inspiration Hub materials to explore independently at your convenience. Hub access remains active until the next cycle starts.
Private Telegram chat
