Everyone comes to Frame Up with a different story. Some wear heels for the first time, others already dance confidently and want to grow further. That is why classes are split by levels for comfortable progress without stress.
Impro Room
These meetings are for anyone who wants to learn to improvise, practise more and stop being afraid of improvisation. We get together in the studio and work with different exercises and concepts, try new approaches, jam and simply improvise a lot.
Important: Impro Room is not a class where I teach you how to improvise correctly. I come up with exercises, create space for practice and learn together with you.

Cannot attend offline classes?
Not everyone has the opportunity or confidence to come to a studio, and that is normal. Dance should bring joy, not stress.
If you are not ready for offline classes yet, live in another city or want to begin in comfort, there is an online alternative for you.
