Everyone comes to Frame Up with a different story. Some wear heels for the first time, others already dance confidently and want to grow further. That is why classes are split by levels for comfortable progress without stress.
Beginners
Ideal if you are just starting. We focus on basic technique, body flow, posture, rhythm and confidence in movement.

This group has no fixed schedule.
Every month we decide when and where to meet, practice different exercises, explore details and nuances, and build our own dance language.

Cannot attend offline classes?
Not everyone has the opportunity or confidence to come to a studio, and that is normal. Dance should bring joy, not stress.
If you are not ready for offline classes yet, live in another city or want to begin in comfort, there is an online alternative for you.
